Praise and gratitude to the presence of God Almighty for the abundance of grace and gifts that allowed the Proceedings of The 1st International Conference on Agriculture and Food sustainability (The 1st ICAFOSY) to be completed. The conference particularly encourages the interaction of research students and developing academics with the more established academic community in a formal setting to present and discuss new and current work. Their contributions help to make the conference as outstanding as it has been. The agricultural sector is increasingly facing disruption conditions as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, causing severe disruptions. Surprisingly, some agricultural commodity prices have declined due to decreased demand. As the social, economic, political, and environmental situations and conditions become increasingly uncertain, the theme of this year’s International conference is “Reshaping The Future of Food Post Covid-19 Pandemic Through Innovation and Technology.”
The 1st International Conference on Agriculture and Food Sustainability (The 1st ICAFOSY) is a forum for participants to interact, exchange ideas, and initiate national cooperation. As conference organizers, we have high hopes that knowledge and technology will be shared to improve agriculture and food security following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Finally, we hope that all of the extended abstracts presented at The 1st International Conference on Agriculture and Food Sustainability (The 1st ICAFOSY) will benefit all participants, researchers, and practitioners in the agricultural sector.
